The OMS Questionnaire is a self-report personality inventory, which generally takes less than ten minutes to complete. The adjective checklist instrument measures seven personality constructs: Assertiveness, sociability, patience, discipline, behavioral adaptability, emotional containment, and originality or thinking. Using two normative scales, OMS enables users to understand natural or predisposed behavioral inclinations as well as the adaptive behaviors people make in adjusting to their perception of their work settings.

1. Personal & Career Development Report - This will explain to you how to build upon your natural talents, your work orientation, and how to match your talents and motivation to your work.

2. Interaction Styles Report - This will help you put words to your general behavior and interaction style; Helping you accurately describe yourself in an interview setting.

3. OMS Report - This is a critical analysis of your personality, which can be used by employers to objectively assess your compatibility for a position. It will also give you a better understanding of they types of positions that are better suited to your work-style.

4. Coaching Guidance Report - The purpose of this report is to give your employer (or future employer) guidance and a better understanding of how to motivate and manage you.

5. Review Session - The president of NAFOR will work with you to review your results, provide guidance and answer any questions to ensure you are satisfied with your results.
