THE DETAILS:

For each of your referrals, NAFOR Inc. will confirm that the candidate is not currently "active" in our database or has not been previously referred to us. Based on the date and time we receive the referral only the first person making the referral will be eligible for the bonus. The candidate will be contacted to confirm your details and you will be quickly updated regarding your referral status.

Your Referral Bonus will be paid if the candidate is placed at one of our client companies and remains employed for the length of the guarantee period which is commonly, 120 days. In a nutshell, we are happy to pay you as soon as our client fees are secured.
