OVERVIEW: As the senior HR partner for all LifeLabs corporate functions—including Finance, IT, Government Markets, HR, and Business and Consumer Markets—you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and labour relations. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your HR expertise, strategic thinking, coaching abilities, and change management knowledge. You will work closely with senior leaders to tackle complex people challenges and seize opportunities that drive LifeLabs’ transformation and growth. You will provide strategic guidance and proactive support to leaders, helping them achieve their business goals.
