The Toronto Transit Commission
While Political leadership at Toronto City Hall was suffering, the City Manger asked us to work on a high intensity recruitment for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). Executing our search in a highly professional manner, within a politically charged atmosphere, amid intense media and public scrutiny, we successfully helped to select four outstanding Citizen Directors for the TTC. We built a "wall" around the toxic atmosphere and put forward candidates based on merit. There has not been a single political crisis at the TTC since our candidates joined.
RIOCAN REAL ESTATE TRUST
With only 90 days notice and Thanksgiving and Christmas looming, RioCan bought out their US Partners. This meant we had to hire all the employees for a new US Head Office ... from scratch. With a speed and intensity worthy of Olympians, we were part of the team that pulled together and got it done. We also hired their key IT Architect during a critical JD Edwards implementation and have filled many other vital roles.
